Carpathian Elm Waterfall Table

This commissioned piece is truly one of a kind. Constructed from 2 sister slabs of carpathian elm, this unique waterfall edge table boasts a length of 100 inches. Each piece as painstakingly prepared by removing all the bark and soft tissue from the slabs delicately enough to ensure that the natural texture and shape beneath remained undisturbed. Once completely honed, several layers of oil, stain and finish are applied to five it the exact color, depth and overall look we want. Recesses and holes are meticulously filled with epoxy resin and then the entire table is assembled using recessed furniture brackets so that no hardware or joinery is visible.
